Frequently asked

Why didn't my pita puff?+

The oven needs to be fully hot and the dough rolled evenly. A few flat ones are normal and still taste great.

Can I make it vegan?+

The yogurt is what keeps it soft, but a thick plant yogurt works in a pinch.
