Method

Steep overnight
Grind the coffee beans if needed. In a large pitcher, stir the ground coffee with the filtered water. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 12 to 24 hours.

Strain and freeze
Strain the cold brew through a nut milk bag or doubled cheesecloth, straining twice if needed. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.

Build the latte
For each latte, drop several coffee ice cubes into a glass and top with about 1 cup almond milk. Use more cubes for a stronger drink, fewer for a lighter one.
